М100

Engine control systems of modern gasoline-running vehicles have very complex flowcharts. ECU performs continuous data exchange with such vehicle systems as AT, ABS, JB, climate control unit, etc., usually via a CAN bus. If the engine interferes with ECU operation for fine tuning or switching to gas fuelling, it could result in fault reports and emergency mode on.

Alternative fuel supplyand ignition timing control system M100 developed by Abit enables fine tuning without data exchange interference with other equipment.

The system has 3 models:

  • М100G for gas equipment
  • М100B for gasoline engines
  • M100DRV — low resistance PEAK&HOLD injector drive featuring:
    • 6 control channels
    • Forcing current: 1.2 to 3.6 A
    • Holding current: 0.7 to 2.0 A
    • Imitator injectorresistance: 150 Ohm

М100G modification is designed to control 4-generation gas equipment actuators and adjust ignition timing of operating gasoline engine control system when switching to another fuel (e.g. methane or LPG). Control is based on the data from gas equipment and operating engine control system sensors. Supports engines with up to 6 сylinders.

М100B modification is designed to switch fuelling and adjust ignition timing of gasoline engines. Control is based on the data from operating or optional sensors and actuators. Supports engines with up to 8 сylinders.

М100 ECU works as control system for alternative fuel supply: it receives signals from operating engine control system and generates corrected control signals. The algorithm is designed in such a manner that the operating ECU has no data regarding the interference of any control system for alternative fuel supply and keeps working normally.
