ECU M240 supports EURO — 4,5,6 requirements and controls  4-6-8 cylinder Common Rail Diesel engines. Functional analog of Bosch’s ECU EDC7 and EDC17.

• Used electronic components allow to install ECU in underhood space, including mounting on an engine;
• Mass and dimensions parameters, resistance to mechanical stress and EMC are better in comparison with functional analogs;
• Unique boost converter with small losses allows to minimize heat release, increase reliability, decrease noise level in control and power circuits.

Circuit solutions allows to:

• Execute diagnostic of sensors and control units for decreasing of maintenance costs and requirements to service staff skills;
• Adapt ECU to different sensor types and components of Common Rail fuel system;
• 4-level control of injector’s current.
